Excellent customer service from arrival to check out. Staff were prepared & expecting my check in. They able to identify me and greeted me warmly. Registration was efficient and quick. I was escorted to my rooms with my luggage assisted by a male staff(姓谷). Throughout my 7 nights stay, he always greeted me w a smile and unfailingly polite whether at reception lobby or at breakfast( helping me get my coffee and recommending additionals) In fact, all the staff were always courteous when I passed them, giving me directions when approached, offering an umbrella when it was raining on my way out & thus making me feel welcome in Dalian.
The location is right in the heart of Kaifaqu shopping zone and all within walking distance.
I love the 2nd floor lobby layout with free beverages, comfy seats and even a long informal conference table seatings for impromptu meetings. Attractively arranged fruit platters delivered daily to my room always made me smile upon my return and made my day. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel if I return to Dalian.
If you come to Dalian Development zone this is the place that must choose.
Service: Attitude and eager to help is amazing event lack of English.
Facilities: IoT is here very smart with little robot, if you can say things in Chinese you can talk with Xiaodudu its like Siri or Alexia in your room.
Location is best, everything is around even food street. 20min walk feom metro station.
Cleanness convenient is dont expect too much but it is OK for me.
This is a great basic, no frills hotel. Exceptionally clean, contemporary, and budget friendly. I will definitely stay again; plus like for other Orange girls in other cities. Their soaps and shampoo have a light orange scent. Love it.
